When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Tulleys Entertainment Group Ltd and yourself.  

By purchasing this ticket you accept that Tulleys Farm (Tulleys Entertainment Group Ltd) is not liable for any injury or damage howsoever caused and that you use these premises/facilities at your own risk.

Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Tulleys Entertainment Group Ltd accepts no liability if an event has to be postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control, this includes an act of God, change in governmental regulations, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.

If the event is postponed due to any of the above reasons, then Tulleys Entertainment Group Ltd will reschedule all tickets that have been purchased for the current year and make them valid for the following season, the ticket will include any new attractions planned for that season.

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations unless you have booked a Flexi Plus ticket.

Flexi Plus Ticket
To request a refund please email info@tulleysfarm.com, during the event period refunds may take up to *14 working days* to process.

Tulleys Entertainment group Ltd reserve the right to issue a refund if the request is within 7 working days of your booking.

Please note you can’t add the Flexi Plus option to existing tickets purchased.

Company Purchases
Should this purchase be made by a business, please accept this booking confirmation as a VAT Receipt.  VAT at 20% has been included in the prices charged.
